Just linaseemnetes on Oomega-3\/-6 suhe v\u00e4ga sarnane haljass\u00f6\u00f6dale (muru), mis on arusaadavalt k\u00f5ige naturaalsem hobuse s\u00f6\u00f6t!<\/p>\n<p>Oomega-3\/-6 rasvhapped on v\u00f5tmet\u00e4htsusega paljude kehafunktsioonide koordineerimisel ning eriti\u00a0<strong>t\u00e4htsad terve f\u00fcsioloogia toimimiseks.\u00a0<\/strong>Neid \u00fchendeid nimetatakse asendamatuteks, sest neid peab pakkuma hobusele piisavas koguses toiduga kuna loomaorganism ei ole v\u00f5imeline neid ise s\u00fcnteesima!<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;Oomega-6 rasvhappeid on vaja organismi p\u00f5letikulise reaktsiooni ja kaasas\u00fcndinud immuunvastuse tekkimiseks, mis t\u00e4hendab, et neid peetakse proinflammatoorseteks (p\u00f5letikku soodustavateks). Samas kui <strong>Oomega-3\u00a0rasvhapetel\u00a0<\/strong>on hoopis vastupidine funktsioon. Haljass\u00f6\u00f6das (karjamaarohus) on Oomega-3 ja Oomega-6 suhe umbes 4:1,\u00a0kuid heinaks tegemisel kaotab kores\u00f6\u00f6t Oomega-3 rasvhapped sootuks!<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;\u00dcks l\u00e4biviidud uuring n\u00e4itas, et 140 p\u00e4evaga kaotas s\u00e4ilitatud hein umbes 70,3% oma Oomega-3 sisaldusest, samas Oomega-6 sisaldus p\u00fcsis muutumatuna!<\/p>\n<p>Hobused kelledel puudub juurdep\u00e4\u00e4as haljass\u00f6\u00f6dale (muru) v\u00f5ivad olla Oomega-3 defitsiidis. Samas, kui haljass\u00f6\u00f6ta saav hobune saab lisaks rohkelt teravilja, maisi, odra- ja sojajahu, p\u00e4evalilleseemneid, kliisid, erinevaid taime\u00f5lisid, &#8230;v\u00f5ivad ka n\u00e4idata puudulikkuse s\u00fcmptomeid. Seda seet\u00f5ttu, et need s\u00f6\u00f6dad on omavahel p\u00f6\u00f6ratud Oomega-3\/Oomega-6 suhtega, mis t\u00e4hendab, et\u00a0Oomega-6 kogus on palju suurem.
